Scott Fickling is a founding partner and Director responsible for project concept design, feasibility, construction, and project management. With a deep understanding of maritime and marina development, Scott ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. His leadership in construction management and project completion have been instrumental in the successful completion of several high-profile maritime and marina projects.

Kitt Littlejohn is a founding partner and Director of Marina Development Partners, and oversees project consenting evaluation, strategy, stakeholder engagement, and legal compliance. A qualified lawyer with 30 years' post-admission experience in property and resource management law, Kitt brings a unique skill set and perspective to natural resource development projects in New Zealand. His work has included major new marina projects (Orakei Marina at Okahu Bay; Waiheke Marina) as well as numerous maritime developments. Kitt is dedicated to enhancing community access to New Zealand’s coastal environment.

With twenty years of experience in the marine industry, Rob is a Chartered Professional Engineer specializing in marina development. His extensive portfolio includes projects across Australasia, where he has taken concepts to completion, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions.
